So many choices, so many possibilities. Where to start?
Each teambuilding activity has its own individuality, and so a teambuilding should suit both your colleagues and the objectives of the event.
The colleagues
Not everyone likes what you like. So be careful to choose a teambuilding activity where you will have lots of fun, while your colleagues will “suffer” the activity. You might want to ask what you have done before in terms of team building and which activities have been a success.
The objectives
With the objectives you indicate what you want to achieve with the team event. For example: “to get the violins in tune”, “to recharge the batteries”, “to get the noses of the colleagues in the same direction”,… Or in other words: Reward? Fun? Let people get to know each other? Motivate? Inform?
